2026 - Late Application Request Form

The deadline for Fall 2025 applications was January 15. This year the university received more than 2,900 applications for the 115 seats we have available. Our ability to consider late applications is limited.

If you would like to be considered for a late application approval, please complete this form. Late application requests will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE The university is only able to consider late applications from students in the following categories:

Qatari nationals or Qatar residents
International students with zero financial need. An international student would need to have full funding (ex. government funding/sponsorship, parental full pay) in order to be considered for a late application.

If you previously applied Early or Regular Decision for Fall 2025 entry and were given a decision, you will not be granted a late application.

Please submit your late application request form only once. Once a decision has been made, it will be considered final. Additional submissions will not be reviewed.
